I live in Taiwan right now.

When FFXIV comes out, I want to play it on Japanese servers, not Taiwanese servers. The reason for this is that my Chinese is awful, and I want to practice my Japanese.

Will it be possible to sign up for a Japanese server from outside of Japan, or will Square-Enix bar people who are playing from foreign ISPs?
